Awful! Ordered a coffee table - it arrived broken. They re-sent it and it looked completely different to the picture with a 'distressed' finish to the top of the table that looked like someone had scored into it with a knife. Third-time lucky? No. New table this time but it never arrived. No communication to let me know what was happening so I chased it and it hadn't been ordered. I cancelled it and look forward to never doing business with them again.

Item was bent on arrival (its a picture so cannot hang flush to the wall) went through detailed online return procedure (uploading photos of damage etc) took ages, sent in March & still haven’t heard back yet.

I ordered a large order over £100 in JANUARY and still not have received my order. They said it was delivered and it wasn’t, and are now not replying to any emails. 5 months later I still do not have my money back or any reply and I am having to go to PayPal for them to try rectify the issue.

Ordered a side table in February expecting it to arrive in March with a 4-6wk waiting time. This time passed with no update from the company, after chasing in the end the item was never delivered and couldn’t be reordered as by then it was ‘out of stock’. Their customer service said it was an issue with their delivery company and that they were not able to contact them about the matter despite trying. A dead end. After a refund I was left very disappointed with the lack of communication and process.

Having read some very negative reviews on delivery delays I decided to call before placing the order. Spoke to a very helpful lady obviously working from home who gave me a delivery date of 18th March which worked out at just over a month. She stressed that this was a guide only but was sure delivery could be fulfilled on that date. Happy to report that the mirror arrived nine days earlier than stated. Delighted with the mirror and the difference it’s made to the room.

Still waiting for an item paid for at beginning of February.They said it would be delivered from 19th March Still not arrived Excuse Brexit!!!!Shouldn’t take money of items are going to take this long to be delivered Won’t use again

Purchased furniture from here before and again the quality is fantastic. My son’s bedroom looks great! Swift delivery, easy to put together very happy.

The unit took around 6 weeks to deliver, which was expected, not sure why so long but it did turn up when it said it would and is absolutely fantastic! Good effort! Really happy with it??

We ordered a desk & chair for my daughter’s bedroom. The quality of the furniture is excellent which made it easy & a pleasure to put together. Delivery was earlier than suggested which was a lovely surprise too!

Loved the product. Easy to assemble.Delivery excellent. The delivery company kept us up to date with emails and a telephone call and were very helpful whilst delivering the heavy package.
